Hey! I'm from Spain. I suppose that you tried the McRib here (according to what you said). In Spain, there's not much enthusiasm for pickles. I don't really know why, but they are not as popular as in other countries. I personally love pickles, so... yeah, that was a disappointment for me too. D:

In some US stores they sell the On-Cor boneless ribs and I get similar McRib bread from bread aisle and pickles and these are very close to McDonalds McRib.
