Technically the Iron Golem isn't stronger than the Warden because if it was stronger, you wouldn't have to cage the Warden.

The fishing rod trick works with the warden - in the latest episodes of Double life the Warden died from being yeeted with rods by multiple people at the same time

The iron golem isn’t stronger than the warden they need a setup so the warden can’t use his melee and even then the iron golem still took a lot of damage.
