1. How many c we need in FR for day 2 and day 3 combined ?

For example, in day 2, there are 4 Fr issues, and in day 3, there are 3 FR issues.

How many C's required in this case ?

2. If there are 4 adjustments in the case and out of 4 I do 1 wrong adjustment and because of the one wrong adjustment my quant answer will be wrong and I make recommendation on the basis of wrong answe, then how they mark it like C or Rc ?
