Do I understand correctly that it is using wordpress styles and tailwind styles? So my question is, isn't the website overloaded with styles now?

I am using a child theme there i setup all of this, now the tailwind styles working only on the files which are inside the child theme folder, outside of it like the main directory of website, it is not working how to fix it.
