I've tried using it a couple times and it does not suction anything up. Now there's water leaking from the bottom of it. Not safe to have water leaking from an electrical appliance/tool.

Remove sticker off hose reel, undo screws. Remove hose reel, Remove hose from connector, pull out obstruction in connector tube, put back together!

There is a valve inside of the Suction Gate make sure it is in the down position. 1. Remove dirty water tank
2. Remove both screws to Suction gate(clear glass).
3. Push the valve or gate to the down position.

I've only used it twice and went through making sure there's no air leakage and still no suction. The head unit seems to be not sucking or there must be a leakage. Only used it I will never buy Bissell again ever.
