How to Enable / Disable Automatic Sensor Cleaning on a Canon Rebel T2i / T3i / T4i / T5i

You can set your Canon camera to automatically clean the sensor on shutdown. Cleaning the sensor is important preventative maintenance, as dust on the sensor will show up as flaws in a photo.

Step 1: Press the Menu button.
Step 2: Scroll right to the second wrench icon.
Step 3: Select "Sensor cleaning" and then enable/disable automatic cleaning. You can also select "Clean now".
