Hello, friends! 🌼 Today I’m excited to share 5 super yummy & refreshing recipes with you. We have a lavender lemonade, honey coconut latte, strawberry hibiscus coconut tea, Florida honey latte, & a lavender latte! ☕️ You can find all of the ingredients & directions below. I hope you enjoy! 🍓
Ingredients:
+ 3 cups water + 1/2 cup sugar+ 1/8 cup honey+ 2 Tbsp dried lavender+ 1 cup of lemon juice
+ Lemon slices and lavender petals for garnish+ Blackberries, blueberries, or purple sprinkles for coloring
Directions:
+ Combine water & sugar over medium heat. Boil until the sugar has dissolved. Turn off the heat and stir in your honey & lavender. I also added some sprinkles and a mushed up blackberry to add more of a purple color!
+ Allow the mixture to steep for up to 2 hours. The longer you let it steep for, the stronger the lavender flavor will be.
+ Combine lemon juice, lavender mixture, and water in a pitcher or jar.
+ Serve over ice and with a lemon slice & ENJOY!
HONEY COCONUT LATTE
Ingredients:
+ Ice
+ Honey to taste (I used about 1 tsp)
+ 3/4 cup of coconut milk
+ splash of vanilla creamer (I use a coconut milk one from @califiafarms)
+ splash of coconut syrup to taste
+ 2 shots of espresso (you can sub with cold brew)
Directions:
+ Squeeze honey over ice.
+ Pour your milk, creamer, & coconut in a cup then mix/froth them together.
+ Pour coconut milk mixture over ice.
+ Brew your espresso & pour over your coconut milk. ENJOY!
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
+ 1 ½ cup strawberries (sliced)
+ 2 cups coconut milk
+ 1 cup water
+ 1 tbsp Starbucks VIA instant refreshers very berry hibiscus powder
+ 1 ½ tbsp sugar
+ ice
Directions:
+ Slice strawberries & place 1 cup in a blender with the water, very berry hibicus powder & sugar. Blend until combined.
+ Add 1 cup of coconut milk and a handful of ice to each cup.
+ Divide your strawberry blended mixture evenly into each cup and stir.
+ Top with remaining strawberry slices! ENJOY!
Lavender vanilla syrup ingredients:
+ 1/4 cup of sugar
+ 1/4 a cup of water
+ 1 teaspoon of dried lavender
+ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
+ A splash of vanilla syrup
Latte ingredients
+ 1/2 cup of milk
+ 1 shot of espresso
+ 1 tablespoon of lavender vanilla syrup
Directions:
+ First, start by making your syrup. Place the sugar, water, and dried lavender in a saucepan. Whisk until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to let cool and then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
+ Mix the strained lavender mixture with vanilla extract & plash of vanilla syrup.
+ Fill your glass with ice, add in milk, and syrup to taste. Pour in your espresso & ENJOY!
FLORIDA HONEY LATTE
Ingredients:
+ Squeeze of local honey:
+ Sprinkle of cinnamon
+ 1 cup of coconut milk (or milk of choice)
+ 2 shots of espresso
Directions:
+ Squeeze honey over ice.
+ Pour in milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon to your glass.
+ Pour & stir in espresso. ENJOY!
