Is this a NEW Human Species??

This is where they found possibly the oldest human fossil in the Philippines, but this time, it could actually be a brand-new kind of ancient human. This is Callao Cave in Cagayan Valley, where lead researchers Florent Détroit and Armand Mijares discovered human bones in 2007 that were around 67,000 years old. That's even older than the famous Tabon Man, which was previously the oldest evidence of humans in the Philippines. While only a few teeth, a foot bone, and bone shards were found, they are named Homo luzonensis, after Luzon, the Philippines' main northern island. This discovery might change a part of how we think about ancient humans—how they looked, where they lived, and even how they moved around. Who knows? There might be more hidden caves in the Philippines holding secrets of even more ancient humans!

I recently watched a group of Europeans (mostly French and Germans, I think) go on a river ride, and they found cave paintings and several unmarked burial spots, some pottery, held by wood high up in caves, they marked so the locals could explore more, there’s definitely unexplored caves in the Philippines! It’s amazing what they had to go through to get there, and beautiful.
