Preston, another great video! These points and the ones below are essential to properly communicate in order to retain new clients.
1. Agency recruiters directly recruit candidates out of our clients competitors and people our clients have worked with in the past. Since no one wants to get rejected, clients are very shy to directly recruit people. No one likes to get rejected.
2. If a company is operating in sleath how are candidates suppose to know of them and the cool work they are doing?
3. Time is money. Startups are faced with massive time constraints to produce. They simply do not have the time to wait for candidates to apply to them. Companies need to be proactive in their hiring.
4. Since internal recruiters are overwhelmed they do not have time to source new candidates.
5. An agency recruiter will increase the percentage of accepted offers. Most companies play it too cool during the offer and counter offer stage. Companies never want the candidates to feel they are desperate for people to join their company.
6. The consequences are too high in making a bad hire. A good agency recruiter will increase the number of qualified applicants applicants to allow the company to make the best selection possible.

Hey Preston. I'm working as a marketing lead for a recruitment company that connects developers, designers and project managers with companies that are based on US. I would like to partner with recruiters on this and maybe even talk about some recurring revenue for them. I thought about this because a lot of recruiters got laid off just this week from Google, Amazon and even Microsoft. I wanna tackle this issue head on but I don't know how to start.
