bitter melon/gourd is delicious! can slice it thinly and deep fry it to make chips. cut it into big chunks and put in dark meat clear soup is good or you can cut it horizontally, remove the seeds and stuff with minced meat and cook it. or just simply stir fry it with eggs. theres alot of yummy bitter melon dishes out there. too bad alot of people dont like it

My dad traumatized me with bitter melon as a kid, wouldn't let me leave the table for 4 hours until I finished my plate. This is when i learned to swallow food without tasting it. Filipinos love that thing and i dont know why :(

Bitter gourd is tasty as long as the one preparing it and cooking it knows how to actually cook it. If it's not prepared properly, the bitterness overrides the taste of it.

Also, Kiara and Kaela are hard to listen to because Kiara talks too fast while Kaela talks slowly. It becomes a collision sometimes.

Indonesia seems to have a thing with bitter food. Emping, Melinjo and Pare (Bitter Gourd) are some example of bitter food consumed in Indonesia.
