I tried to do that for my 50th birthday. Got into the water for 5 min then a sting ray swam over my head. Nope that was it for me I bailed. Wish I was braver but it all was totally over stimulating. Oh well at least I tried. Good on you Neil. You’re braver than me.

About 11 minutes and 30 seconds.. About 15 years ago I watched a winter triathlon. Several students of the Arctic University were standing next to me. I heard them talking. They said it was difficult to tell from a distance how old the participants were. Because all the participants had excellent athletic figures. The next year I took part in this competition!.. (;
