RAYVIS | Jedi Survivor Boss Fight Guide

Nice video. Something I found to be helpful in the first phase is to use force pull any time he tries to close the distance, especially in the first phase. It staggers him and allows for a couple hits, and takes out a nice chunk of his block meter.

For me his first phase was really easy but his second phase was a nightmare.

Grandmaster difficulty is killing me during the second phase. 😢

Best strategy is counterintuitive. Stay close and use force pull as a counter/parry to his power attacks. Dodging forward past him instead of sideways or away opens up two attack windows on most of his combos instead of one.

Rayvis is the easiest boss in the game. Use the double bladed stance, it’s Block + Attack Whirlwind Spin is the highest damage attack in the game, dodge his attacks then hit him with the spin before backing off. Rinse and repeat. If you run out of force, get some back by attacking him normally, or just wait for it to regenerate. You can use the perk that doubles the minimum amount of force that regenerates if you want but it’s not necessary.

I literally just kept my distance and continuously chucked my lightsaber at him. Only snuck in some blows to recharge my force meter.

I did this exact strategy but I cheesed the auto parry with the dual wield sabres lmao

So im usually getting to phase 2 fine but those damn missles keep taking me out no matter if i try to push or dodge them

I barely passed the 2nd phase on my last stim it’s nearly impossible should’ve been only 1 phase

Best to learn to single tap dodge and it will open a lot more windows

How you beat him. Im having a hard time since last few days. Im dodging his attacks and running jumping around and i attack him when he off guard but still kills me.

I used the cross guard saber, and just kept pressing the strike button (square button on Ps5), so Rayvis kept getting knocked back with the 3 hit combos and didn't have a chance to hit me at all. It took a lot of attempts though. Ended it in about 4 mins total. ( On Jedi Master difficulty)

Rayvis may have slain many Jedi but not an Oggdo. That's why he lost to Cal.

Man.. this fight made me uninstall. I recently reinstalled it to try it again after several months and nope. Uninstall again, I'm just tired of repeating the entire fight, dude is cracked. And played the hell out of Dark Souls, Elden Ring and Lords of the Fallen. I just can't figure him out
