No those schools need to be open before the fall or the school board's in the teachers unions that have gotten billions upon billions from five separate stimulus bills that have been passed need to start being arrested for embezzlement teachers unions and school boards open up or get charged with embezzlement prison sentence 5 to 10 in a federal penitentiary
