Do your daily Kegel Camp exercises once/day, every day (preferably in the morning), to experience less bladder leakage, better sex, better balance and core stability, toned hips and core, and more confidence. ✨ Start from the beginning (don't skip around), and keep coming back for more! I love your channel and this program! I’ve been working with urogynecologists and PF PTs in my area for over a year with little success, despite trying very, very hard… I think this program is giving me something that was missing. After this camp I plan to do your Uplift program!

This is really a great program-- honestly, so much better than I expected. The exercises definitely progress, and I can feel the improvement, the strengthening, daily.. I also appreciate the fact that you have a very positive demeanor without resorting to "cheerleading" and being overly perky, as some fitness people do. We're not here to "have fun" -- we're here because we have some serious work to do. I feel like you take us seriously while really getting the job done. You're a total pro and you inspire confidence. I believe you really know what you're doing and know how to get us stronger. Thank you! I really appreciate you.

Hey Dr Bri! I'm a little behind in kegel camp as I restarted by the third day because I wasn't sure I was doing it right. Now at day 8 I am noticing I can find my pelvic floor and each day is teaching me greater awareness. Thank you!

Oh my gosh, I have tears in my eyes. You totally answered a couple of questions for me without my asking!
That "bulging down feeling" that you were talking about. What is that? You said if we feel that, we should lay down and even prop our hips up to help it relax.

I took a couple of days off for my period. Everything felt way too sore and heavy to be doing that. But back on it today and I can really notice how much stronger the muscles are. Thank you!
