A middle finger pull up on the shallow (Mono) pocket hold on the beastmaker 2000 fingerboard.
I always recommend warming up the fingers before training on campus boards, overhang walls or hang boards. For me, I usually climb a few low grade boulder problems for 15 - 30mins.
