My grandparents used to have a problem with groundhogs. And Everytime a new hole appeared, my grandma would plant a different flower. Imagine how silly that got to looking.

I've caught and relocated many of these. But it's gotten to the point I just use a ratt trap with peanut butter and call it good.

How do you dispatch the rodent after catching it in the bottle? I'm asking because it is illegal in California to release it elsewhere so it would need to be killed. All I know is I need to do something because gophers and voles are destroying my landscaping!

Nowadays, my 22 pellet rifle always does the trick, but I used to do this as a kid.
