Under Ice Swimming - Insane Polar Plunge!

Ice swimming challenge! Swimming under ice! Our pool iced over during Snowmageddon in Texas! I show my kids what a polar plunge is during the 2021 Texas freeze snowmageddon. The water was cold but refreshing! This was my first time swimming under ice but it wasn’t that bad! I would love to take my kids to Minnesota or Michigan and do an official polar plunge some day. Embrace the suck and learn how to be mentally strong!
