That is very dangerous i don't recommend that and that could actually kill you because what if he hit his head on the ice and unable to find his way up? He could just drown so that is very dangerous and I don't recommend it...❤

You should not jump like this in cold water let alone freezing water.
Always enter the water progressively and slowly to let your body adapt.
Otherwise you could literally suffer cardiac arrest due to cold shock and that could lead to death.
You would sink to the bottom by the time the camera guy comes to grab you and trust me he’s not diving in there to rescue you
