I can't wait to harvest my seeds. I am on a quest to have dill throughout the winter. I just got back from Denmark and a ton of restaurant dishes were topped with a sprigs of dill. ! It was so fragrant and yummy. It's a nice finish touch to so many dishes.

I grow it through the winter indoor as well, it's great in pasta and potato salads

I put a few entire heads into a small paper bag and then shake it up. All the seeds fall off and then I can pull out the empty head.

Hey Luke, have you done a video on what mix you use to propagate seeds, general info? We know u gotta use trifecta + in it but what is best for us that can't get trifecta? I have been finding here in AU that commercial mixes, even tho supposed to be for seed raising have big bits in it impeding growth, as well as prone to crusting. Any advice master gardener guru?
