Yes, a tone KNOB and a volume KNOB. They are not on off switches. More people need to know that. I absolutely enjoy this guy's playing. I could listen for days and never get tired.

Excellent, as well as another justification for carrying some output headroom. By the way I saw Prof Beatto on another video, erm, major triads over a pedal, and a most tasty looking blue Les Paul there, I was wondering about this lovely guitar.

I cant believe people say the tone knobs shouldnt be fiddled with for beginners. For me, i absolutely LOVE using them.

I put it in middle position, using rhythm bucker to get my low end, and that crunchy high end with the treble bucker. Balancing it out in volume and tone, so it doesnt sound like you are underwater with the rhythm bucker. To me, its much more useful and significant than the EQ knobs on my marshall amp!
