Rick - this was a really great chat - I would love to watch and learn from you all doing and teaching the breath work. I’d be very interested in learning more about the mechanics of breathing a bit more. On that note, it would be great to see in a roll how to practically implement the conscious breathing. This was great. Thanks. And breathing kinda is a reason why my BJJ sucks!

Where is the course going to be? On this channel for free?

This is why I'm usually one of the last ones on the mats.

I have been doing DDPY since 2012 and my cardio is on point and i feel decently strong. 😅 So in my case yoga works for cardio.

No, it sucks because I'm not good at jiu jitsu.

I was hoping for some practical knowledge instead of just a sales pitch! I’m fairly old and actually feel that I do this well. I’m not what you would call explosive by any stretch, but I can stay on the mats all day as long as I can hydrate.

I have s*** cardio like when it comes to running or athletics like I have to work on my cardio but I wouldn't say that I've ever had problems breathing or it making me sick so that didn't make any sense to me
