A Prayer to Draw Near to God - Daily Prayers #629

Dear Heavenly Father, help me learn to be satisfied with Your love above all else. I know your love is stronger than any love on this earth. Lord, I want to feel your presence with me. I trust in you to provide the answer to my problems and the antidote to my hurt. Give me eyes to see how you are at work in every one of my circumstances. Father, give me perseverance to increase my understanding of you. Renew my trust in you as you guide the pathways of my life. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayers and for being concerned about me. I put all my hope and trust in you alone.

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12)
