A Prayer to Get Closer to God - Lord, Draw me Closer to You - Daily Prayers #427

Dear heavenly Father, I come before you today humbly asking for your presence in my life. Help me to run to you when the hard times come. Help me to remember that you know me and love me, in spite of all of my shortcomings.

Shine your light over me and restore hope in the midst of my suffering. There is no one who can comfort me like you. Thank you God that whatever pain I feel on this earth, it is only temporary. Help me to be able to see you in all things, hard and celebratory. Let me feel your presence and your peace in everything that I do.

Remind me Father that I am never alone. No matter what may happen, you are always with me. Thank You for the gift of life and Your continuous protection and guidance.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6–7)

To you Father, I give all the praise, honor and glory. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Please pray for me. I will continue to have faith in God! I have been struggling since I lost my job as a social worker because I refused the vaccine. I refused due to my pre existing health conditions heart disease and lupus. I’m on a ton of medications already warfarin and blood thinners are just a few. Living with lupus I’m in constant pain. I stopped eating meat in hopes to alleviate my pain. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth hospital. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to provide for my two children. I’m so overwhelmed because both of my boys are autistic. So they require a lot out of me. My husband passed away three years ago so I’m all alone. I’m so down and depressed over my circumstances. I have been called horrible names and mocked because of my circumstances. Even though I’m facing homelessness this month, I have so much faith that God will provide for me and my children FAITH OVER FEAR. God’s Love will carry us all . ❤️
