Do Earthing Sheets Really Work? Test with a Multimeter.

Here's a quick test of a set of GroundLuxe earthing sheets with a multimeter to see if they actually do ground your body as you sleep.

Our bodies accumulate positive electrons which cause inflammation. By grounding we get negative electrons from the earth and we also discharge positive electrons into the earth. Additionally grounding for 10 mins lasts 14 hours and causes red blood cells to break apart which tend to clump, so the red blood cells can more easily absorb oxygen, minerals, vitamins and carry them to different parts of the body.

Wrong setting on the meter. Your in volts ac. Switch it to ohms. Use the black and red leads. Touch them both to the sheet about 12 inches apart. The meter will read the resistance between the probes. The closer to 0.0 ohms the better. That proves the sheet has continuity. Next check from the sheet to the ground prong that plugs into the wall. If it is not 0.0, you are not grounded.

You have it set to AC volt measurement. This literally measuring nothing. You need to be measuring resistance (next one clockwise) when you aren't touching the resistance should measure high, when you touch the sheet and make a circuit the resistance should drop.

You have a break in the wiring somewhere or wires joined together before the sheet. One direct wire to the sheet with no joins will take that down to 0.

These grounding sheets work well but the grounding cable is a hit or miss on conductivity.
