Tuesday Aug 30/22 I witnessed a near death experience for a young girl going down hill past that arrestor. A car going uphill pulled out to pass right beside that arrestor. It was a shady area that time of day. Forced her between the car and the wall, with her travelling downhill at a good speed. Had a talk with her at the bottom while she was still comprehending it. She thought a crash was imminent. Luckily didn’t happen. WYDOT please make the road around the arrestor a no passing zone.

Sure it'll save the dump truck, but what about the 18 wheelers where their loads will start flying towards to the driver....
