My favorite one is "Using *potentially* offensive language". All language is potentially offensive; someone just needs to be offended, or in this case, even potentially offended. Creating this type of "legal uncertainty" in not knowing what is or isn't OK, as to create an atmosphere of fear in which the law can be applied selecticely is a staple of communist regimes.

No software foundation should discuss literally anything without it being broadcasted publicly, with no pseudonyms allowed. The fact that any group of people this powerful is allowed to operate completely secretly is insane to me. This needs to change

The entire point of a code of conduct is to plant an ideological flag in the ground.
And the intended use for it is to exclude people who either question your power, or the ideology.

Codes of Conducts were never honest, they were always, and always meant to be, a power grab.
