for the people who think she's applying too much- it definitely depends on the product AND your hair type so hey whatever works for you! but more importantly, i think her point for this video is trying to show how she gets the product evenly distributed throughout her hair rather than how much to apply.

For anyone in the UK like me!!:
The Pantene 10 in 1 spray wasn’t easy to find here so I compared its ingredients to the ‘Pantene 7 in 1 weightless oil mist’ (which I found easily in Tesco/ASDA) and the ingredients are very similar! Amodimethicone very high up on ingredients list and the weightless oil mist just has a couple of extra oils towards the bottom of the list. I used it on my fine thin hair last night and it felt like SILK but with no extra weight at all, so I think it is a dupe for the one Abbey mentions. It was also only about £5!! X

Mmm I've experimented with a few ways and my hair seems to get really frazzled and looks gross with more than 5-6 sprays in total.

I am from Germany and can’t buy tha Panten pro v volume & Body shampoo BUT I bought the dove shampoo, conditioner and the coconut based oil from Amazon. Lemme tell you - THANK YOU! 🙏 you really helped my hair. I used dove & panten in middle school bc it was and is always my moms only brand she is using for her hair and I used that back the days also. Going back I know why my hair always looked flawless. So thank you ❤

My leave ins all have heat protection, and i make sure its still damp enough to squish the product through so it gets everywhere.

I don't think I've seen a salon stylest use this much leave in before. This seems like a lot and when I spray my hair too much it give me worse results.

I really tried to like the Purology leave in conditioner but it barely did anything for my tangles. Did they change the formula? I dont get the hype at all... i feel like I got a bad batch or smthng 😂... Or I guess im just used to My L'Oreal Total Repair 5 leave in conditioner spray which is way better for tangles and making my hair nice and soft and smooth. And its a fraction of the price, while Purology is ridiculously expensive. Ive tried other brands but nothing beats the L'Oreal in the white and red bottle. Ive been using it for like 10 years, i pray it never gets discontinuesd.

I use the L'Oreal spray and also the Color Wow Sleek blowout spray and my blowdry time is cut in half. I also use a pinch of hair oil like The Verb Ghost Oil. (Remind my of Biosilk but much better inegredients). I just hope this is enough to act as a heat protectant.

Great method tho Abbey!! Ive recently been doing this.

I have fine (but not baby fine), thick hair and I have tried so many ways to apply the Pureology Color Fanatic Leave-In so that it doesn’t make my hair look greasy. I must use too much but even when I think I haven’t, it’s really weighed down.
