Ang problema ko is exam anxiety. Kahit anong aral, puyat at tiyaga ang gawin ko, basta pag out of hand ang kaba ko, hindi ko na masasagutan nang maayos ung exam lalo na pag math/physics. Ang hirap pag under time pressure ka tapos maoovercome ka ng kaba at mental block. Gusto kong baguhin ito kaso ang hirap. Sana maipasa ko ang stem, naturingan pa naman akong matalino at honor student.

Hii! I have a tip din^^. Kapag naibigay na sa inyo yung test questioner, 'wag muna kayo sasagot, tignan at basahin niyo muna ang bawat questions kasi there's times na yung answer nasa questions lang, tapos READ IT, basahin po ng mabuti. Yun lang po thank you!
