Nokta Legend Update V1.14 (Beta 1 or 2) Menu Walk Through - How to Find The Updates.

Nokta came out with update version 1.14 (beta 1 and now 2) for the Legend. At the time this video was made there was only beta 1 out. The menu navigation is still the same for both beta updates. This video will walk you through the update and show where to find the new features in the menu system.

Hey MM, glad I’m not alone in disliking the whole sub menu thing. I need to get out more and if so guess I will remember how to navigate. I fell in love with Deus one, and love the Deus 2, never any issues navigating them, just don’t get out enough to remember where every feature is. Thanks for the tutorial. Beast mode is a lot different than what I had envisioned. I have had a hard time understanding exactly what they are trying to achieve. I don't deal with hot rocks or highly mineralized soil in my area so I don't think it will be much use to me. I plan on testing it out in a few places that are highly concentrated with nails and iron much like you did earlier to see if it will unmask something. I am looking forward to your further thoughts and testing on this.

I have the legend, and primarily use it on the beach in beach mode, and it has a very hard time picking up gold chains for example herringbone, rope chains. Detecting gold rings, gold earrings gold charms work fine in beach mode. And park, field, goldfield mode no problem pick gold chains, have issues just in beach mode only. Well you please test this feature on yours and let me know if there’s any settings that I can change to make detecting gold chains in beach mode better.

Totally agree not a very intuitive menu ... The DT feature seems pretty good but not too high as it gets unstable..2/3 seems sweet spot....the beast mode is off target imho ive used it a few days and it can literally be silent over targets that field has easily seen.... Which makes it an unreliable mode unless you have completely thrashed a field to death... I find i still detect in deep field then use beast mode as a kinda second check

Seems they need to simplify the menu for beast mode and deep target. On the fence over here about updating it. What I’ve seen is that Park 1 is just as deep and has a better signal. Maybe when the final update is out, I will update.

I never even got a chance to try beta 1, Ive iinstalled beta 2 now and will have to get out there to see what its all about

I just wonder why Nokta added 2 more features to an already almost confusing menu. I would have thought they would have just made the detector normally operate as in DT mode adjusted with Sens. BE mode should automatically put the detector in All Metal to make things easier.

The nokta in beast mode if you go out on a crops field that machine will go nuts cause of the fertilizer in the dirt

If you're after deep targets why wouldn't you set it on 6? Just wondering what the pros and cons of going lower than 6 would be? I also struggle with what to set the iron filter and stability at. I like the machine and features, I just feel it's kind of over complicated but can't say much until I try 1.14 beta

stay with 1st update dont need to make it harder came off last one 1.13 the new one 1.14 very easy to get to
