How to create a simple watermark for your artwork

Hi again, everyone!
In this video I share a simple, fast and free method to creating a watermark for your artwork. Please note that this method will not prevent someone from using your work for their personal gain; anytime you upload any image to the Internet you risk the possibility of it being copied. This method simply provides an additional deterrent and is useful as a 'stamp' which tells viewers who the artwork belongs to - perfect in case your art is shared via social media without giving credit back to the artist.

Very helpful Ellen! I don't use watermarks on my work which is probably not a good idea, I guess I'm not at a point where I feel like I'm a target of theft yet but it's such a common thing I'm sure it will happen eventually. I do have a feature on my website that disables the right click though so high-res images can't be saved and on social media I always upload low resolution images, hopefully that's enough for now!

Hi it's Donald again. I just visited the Epsy site for the first time, and came away perplexed. Can you sell artwork ( drawings/paintings) on Etsy? Their description of what is permitted was vague.
