I just made it to day 3 of fully raw vegan!!! Hi Gillian I'm just trying to go raw vegan so I'm a beginner and in my head listening to the plant base pople don't eat nuts don't eat avocado it's fattening I am so worried about all of the nuts and the avocados going raw because I have weight to lose.😢 What you think Gillian ❤

So nice! Appreciate the Nori sheet tip! I’ve made tacos with chopped sprouted pumpkin seeds as the meat. I like shredded lettuce on top. And a hot sauce. Will make for me and my son tomorrow… letting my cauliflower thaw (from the Chris/Dan Kendall? Curry recipe) in fridge tonight. Difficult to jump back on my juice SFV detox when there is so much good food!!! 🥴
