Angel Reese is the most confusing basketball player I've ever seen, she is historically dominant statistically and yet at times, hard to watch. She is the greatest rebounder of all time, but statistically the worst finisher in the WNBA. Is Angel Reese the rookie of the year over Caitlin Clark? We will find out when the Indiana Fever play the Chicago Sky in the WNBA.

Angel is shooting 43% from within 5 feet. That is the worst in the WNBA, the league averages 59%.
Her jumpshot is a struggle. She shooting 18% three-pointers and 31% mid range August 26 she was four for 16.

And people think she is rookie of the year material? Padded double double figures. Numbers do not lie!

Guaranteed those stat categories won't be brought up in next years rookie race. The roadblocks being put in place for Clark by people who are claiming to be the victims is absurd.

Her teammates are giving her the cold shoulder cause of how bad her shooting has been and they’re getting tired of her patting her stats and loosing games because of it. WNBA needs to be scared of CC if she’s cooking like this on her rookie season imagine once she’s been in the league for a few seasons.

The only reason I've even heard of Reese is because of Caitlin Clark.
The only reason why I even watched a women's college game was because of CC,
CC has brought more exposure to women's basketball, then Diani, Sue, Swoops, Weatherspoon, Lobo, Donne, Parker, that one girl that got traded for a arms dealing serial killer for some reason, and other great women's players have ever done. None of them could do it no matter how good they were. None of them were a "draw", and WNBA has never ever been profitable. WNBA tv contract is 50 mil per year. With CC effect they're now possibly going to sign a 2 BILLION for 11 years.
CC rookie debut drew 2.1 million viewers, the most watched WNBA in history at the time.
CC Iowa vs UConn drew nearly _15 million viewers_. _CC and Iowa drew 19 million viewers._
To put that into perspective, That's more than:
*• Every World Series game last year.
• Every NBA Finals game last year.
• Every Daytona 500 since 2013.
• Every Masters final round viewership since 2013.
• All but five CFB games in 2023.*

CC does what no other female player has ever done. make people care, and women hate her for it. Man, Barkley is right.
WNBA players will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor more than ever because of CC, and they ... hate her for it?
WNBA players will be able to support their families better than they ever have and... they hate CC for it?
The potential TV contract, all because of CC, and all the other new contracts that players will sign for endorsements will be further bolstered with the CC effect.

Without CC, WNBA falls back into obscurity, drawing as many viewers as a dog show, and because meme joke with people sleeping court side. And they don't deserve that.
Why can't everybody be like,
DAMN CC, thanks for all love you're bring to our game. Now lets get out there and show everyone what we're all capable of doing!
Now that CC has brought in all the eyes, now people will give us all a chance and lets play our hearts out and show we were entertaining all along!
No more butt of jokes, no more memes, no more replies in comments on wnba highlights that were unrelated to the game.
I remember WNBA highlight videos and comments would be: "guys I saved money on insurance switching to Geico" or "thinking about some Panda express or Chipotle what do you guys think?"

Caitlin, has done something that ESPN, or any other TV outlet, marketing, even the NBA couldn't do in over TWENTY YEARS.
And that is make PEOPLE CARE ABOUT WATCHING THE WNBA.
