I can't facepalm myself hard enough when i hear this. Patty is the prime example how amazing a muscular woman can look.

A woman saying "I don't want to lift weights because I don't wanna look like a female body builder" is alot like saying "I don't want to get my drivers license because I don't wanna be a f1 racer. Just saying.

Tried telling my cousin this smh if only building muscle was that easy 😔

Seeing somebody like Patty has likely inspired countless other women to start hitting the weights. You're doing the world a service.

That's what happens when people skip BOTH biology and gym classes.

"I don't lift weights because I don't want to be all big and bulky!" is the equivalent of "I want to go to college but I'm afraid I might stumble into a Yale Law degree"

I used to think this way, but I said screw it and feel so much stronger...less shoulder pain, and I can help my bf move the fridge, couches etc etc. I started my journey about 3months ago...im starting to see my deltoids and triceps. I almost stopped, but seeing your videos just really inspired me to keep pushing!! You are inspiring other females like myself and we love you...please NEVER stop. 💕

It's hilarious that some people imagine that if you pick up a set of weights you just instantly pack on 50 lbs of muscle...permanently!

Building muscles is much more than just lifting weights. Patty really shows how it’s done properly.

I was always a tomboy. After few years of hard times, I was a bit overweight, and I chose her as my inspiration. It's almost two years since I started and let me tell you, I am not at all regretting.

😂 I am a trainer and I get a lot of women stating on the first day that they don’t wanna look like a man. They say, “don’t make me look like a man. I don’t want man arms like you. I just want to tone”….so you know I am loving this post!!!

Patty is the definition of the 2 sides of the same coin, combining natural feminine Beaty and warrior like physique

I'm a woman and think you have great physique. I'm trying to develop my arms and shoulders as well.
It's so important to be strong and healthy.
You're doing a great job. So inspirational.

I had this fear, really, because I have a lot of issues with men fetishizing being muscular, I don’t wanna be a muscle mommy 😭 I just want to be healthy and live to meet my grandkids. Thank you

My mom instilled this fear in me by telling me I wasn’t a guy when I was little. I would hardly work out with my 5lb dumbbells because of that… NOW, at 22, I’m like “screw this, ” and I’m letting myself get beefy. I’ve always had a muscular build, so now I’m not fighting it. Bulking + cutting. Getting some metaphorical confused eye rolls from my mom, but never been happier! It feels amazing. 💪
edit: I don't want it to come across as hate on my family. It is just interesting how cultural norms have changed over the years. My mom grew up in the 50s/60s, which was a wildly different time from now! I definitely would have been an oddball then! "Put her in the circus!" Haha

Having strong muscle will protect us from pain down the road!

I always just tell these people that it takes YEARS to build muscle and that you can just do high reps if you don’t wanna bulk up. People talk like they could actually get muscular so easily
