The first year of COTA (2012) I showed up early for the Friday practice. Not many people there at all. The pavement was literally still curing so they sent out Bert in a C63 AMG wagon to go do a sighting lap. I was in the grass at T19. This dude goes full send. COMPLETELY sideways in 16-18, 19, and 20. It was then I knew I wanted to to work in racing professionally. I now work as a race engineer in IMSA.
