Love the beats. I am in 100% agreement. It’s definitely not good to exclude management (especially the ones who have to negotiate money to continue funding the project).

Normally, I wouldn’t call someone bad unless it can only be their way, and other viewpoints are always dismissed vs. someone who has an unresolved concern. Usually, I call it opportunity for development. :)

Even after I had a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do (more sport than defense related l), I did not consider myself a master. In any field, there is always something new to learn and improve upon.

Hey Todd and Ryan, I really appreciate all the amazing videos you make. It sure has helped me become a better SM. I’m on a new project with a team that primarily works with data analytics. There aren’t any IT deliverables. Therefore, there are a bunch of different things the team members work towards in each sprint. I’m having a tough time comping up with the sprint goal with this team. The team doesn’t want to put any effort towards writing up a good sprint goal because the team is working on more than two to three deliverables every sprint. Can you please help me formulate the sprint goal or give me some tipis to get better at driving home a clear sprint goal.
