I take one 5th of a tea spoon of salt into a glass of water and drink 20 mins before eating my meals . Lunch and dinner I'll have 2 or 3 cups of it 10 mins apart 20 mins before a meal
This salt stuff is real it works

Also when you have low stomach acid.. you can't absorb Fat soluble Vitamins.. Vitamin D.. A.. Zinc.. also Vitamin B12. Also take pepsin to digest proteins

Nowfoods pea protein substitute if can't eat meat from very low stomach acid/gerd? And Redmond's real salt. Also lifeway kefir, sauerkraut, nowfoods 10 strain 50billion probiotics should help too??

Great information, thank you. I also found out that we require foods that also contain high amounts of Magnesium and Potassium as our stomach acid production processes use these as well as Hydrogen in protein. Zinc for gut health also.

I've been eating sour cream.i don't know why but it's the only reason I'm digesting and absorbing my food. If I stop I feel like my body and mental health decline rapidly. I wish someone could explain it.

But too much salt builds up water retention and too much meat or protein creates a mucus environment.
