how did you define net-zero and what makes this fall in that definition?

I applaud the efforts. I do hope you guys figure out a way to create more mid-density 4-5 floor net zero housing, mixed use communities. we cannot have two floor homes eating up valuable land.

Awesome. You need to explain to the viewers how it met the net zero standards. Was it leed who did the rating? Maybe durability of the house also when it comes to calamity, etc.

Well, there's plenty of net zero houses in the Philippines. They just very rural and not Instagram-worthy.

looks cool and aestethic but it will not stand a strong typhoon. especially super typhoon. once walls gets a crack, weather from earrhquake or natural disasters. the water will destroy the whole house.

Hmmm... I applaud the effort but this project did not seriously consider the lifestyle of Filipinos. Where is the laundry area and sampayan? What about a garage? There have been talks about prohibiting people from buying vehicles if they are not able to prove that they have a garage to park their vehicles in. And lets see how well this house will do during typhoons.

Is it affordable? How much is the cost to construct such and how many BR and T&B and the total floor area
