People can have an untact video interview at home, but some of them visit the place prepared by KOTRA, which can be a better environment for a job interview. It has given a boost to the shrunk job market. Considering the expansion of the non-face-to-face recruiting measures, a domestic university has introduced an AI-based solution to help the students find jobs. The AI-based system can analyze the interview and suggest a solution that can improve the weak points of the interviewee. Therefore, people can better prepare for the untact job interviews. What is more, the local governments have actively supported the job-seeking activities. The Namyangju district has introduced an educational service for a non-contact VR interview. We explore non-face-to-face recruiting which has emerged as a new solution amidst the COVID-19 crisis.

비대면 플랫폼이 일상화되면서 채용 방식도 점차 온라인으로 전환되고 있다. 기업들은 기존 면접 방식에 벗어서 비대면 채용을 점차 늘려가고 있는 분위기다. 이에 구직자들은 비대면 채용 문화에 대응하고자 AI, VR 등 기술을 활용하고 있다. 최근 해외 취업 화상면접 개최되기도 했는데 1차 서류 전형을 통과한 구직자는 화상면접을 볼 수 있는 기회가 주어진다고 한다. 구직자는 집에서도 진행할 수 있지만 좀 더 나은 환경에서 면접을 진행하기 위해 화상면접장을 찾기도 한다고 한다. 이를 통해 얼어붙은 채용 시장이 활력을 찾고 있는 분위기이다. 또한 대학교에서는 학생들의 실전 취업 준비를 돕기 위해 AI 솔루션 시스템을 도입했다. 특히 AI 면접은 구직자의 면접 결과를 분석해 지원자의 부족한 부분에 대한 해결책을 제시해 준다. 덕분에 비대면 면접에 대응할 수 있는 훈련을 할 수 있다고 한다. 그뿐만 아니라 지자체에서도 구직자들의 구직을 돕고자 발 벗고 나서고 있는 상황이다. 남양주시에서는 구직자들을 위해 비대면 VR면접교육 서비스를 도입해 면접존을 만들었다고 하는데 코로나 19 영향으로 새롭게 등장한 비대면 채용 방식에 대해 알아본다.
