Have you ever tried to season your eggs? I season mine with onion powder, garlic powder, some paprika and sometimes turmeric and salt and pepper. Adds a nice flavor to scrambled eggs 😉

I’m very sad and need advice :(. I don’t know if I’m eating right for fat loss. I bounce on my rebounder for 40 minutes (I do sweat). I do a 10 min core strengthening right after then try and eat right.

After my morning exercise for breakfast: I have 8oz of almond milk with 1 scoop of Isopure zero whey protein (25g protein)

My lunch is a 16oz colorful veggie only mason jar salad with no meat.


For dinner: it’s whatever my hubby decides to cook, healthy or not but I try to eat moderately, So that’s why I eat so light for breakfast and lunch because I don’t know how to determine what’s up for dinner.

Does my plan seem logical?
