How to set up Skype video

Due to the evolution of this smart technology, many chatting and calling softwares are now available which offer video calling facilities to their users. Skype is one of these applications which allow its users to carry out a Skype video call with other people over the internet. Follow this step by step guide to learn how to set up Skype Video to enable Video calling facility.

Step # 1 -- Login to Skype using your Skype name and Password
In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to setup Skype videos in windows 7. In order to do so, first of all open up the software. Now enter your Skype Name and password in their respective tboxes and click on the "Sign me In" button to login into Skype.

Step # 2 -- Open the Skype Options and Settings Panel
Once you have logged in to the Skype, go to the "Tools" menu which is available at the top of the window and click on "Options" from the drop down list.

Step # 3 -- Enable the Skype Video Option
Now select the "Video Settings" tab from the menu located at the left side under the "General" category. In this tab, select the option to share the video with "anyone" or the "people in my contact list only". Once you have selected it, click and select the "Show that I have video" option to enable the Skype Video Call. Now click on the "Save" button to save these settings and exit from the options panel.
