Stage 1 1-4 Weeks Post Op (light/medium compression)
Stage 2 5 + Weeks Post Op (high compression)
Stage 3 8 + Weeks Post Op (extra high compression)

Tips:

• Have more than 1 faja to alternate to/from when one is washing or being altered
• Stage 2 may have to be hand washed and hung dry
• Find someone who alters them in your area before surgery, if possible
•Where foams and boards for as long as you can, I say at least 90 days post op
•Crotch Area come in a zipper or cloth flap, I prefer the zipper. My stage 1 Faja’s came with a zipper but my stage 2 has a cloth flap
