Almost everything mainstream nutrition says is making us fat and sick.
Vegetable and refined seed oils are horrible for us since they destroy

Saturated fat is actually healthy, reduces cortisol and can have anti-estrogenic affects.

Grains are actually bad for us too since they contain plant defense chemicals, pesticides and are fortified with iron

Beef is the king of all food and nutrition.

Taking fish oil is bad, but eating fish is fine

Raw vegetables lack nutrient bioavailability and contain antinutrients.

The one thing the got right is to stop eating ultra processed foods.

But by literally doing the opposite of what they say, you'll have a better shot at getting healthy and losing weight

Half right half wrong, the benefits from fish oil especially from a good source have scientifically been proven in multiple studies to be effective. Look no further than the research of Bruce Ames, Rhonda Patrick etc.

I agree with all of this completely. All you have to do is to and elimination diet and figure out which foods are the ones causing inflammation. For me, it was grains, sugar, and even some vegetables. As soon as I got back on meat and just a few low carb vegetables, my health improved drastically. I’ve never had this much energy before.

I honestly feel that it depends on the individual and that basic common sense applies ie eat real food. You need to see what works for you. For example, I love butter but because I have an autoimmune disease, when I eat it I experience issues with my skin and weight. I love a good bit of steak too, but the last time I ate it I experienced awful bloating for about two weeks afterwards as it unfortunately disrupted my gut balance. Each individual has to undergo their own trial and error process when it comes to what works for their body and nutritional needs.

WHAT He talking about the PESTICIDES AND THE TYPE OF OILS we are using. Our grains are not the same as in Italy nor Probaby anywhere else. Go look up Barbra O’Neil she talks about few scientist/nutrition experts that say something like milk butter cream cheese and eggs (I can’t remember the whole thing) are really heath and take a biology class and learn about fats.
Idk if he is all the way RIFHT but no he is not completely wrong either

I recently bought an indoor smoker. So I've been smoking all the meats, beef chicken and pork. I've basically stopped eating out. Eating real food keeps me so full for so long, it's actually hard to get to maintenance calories so I've been losing weight and sometimes even have to intentionally drink or eat the higher calorie options. The ultra processed foods really are the worst.

I eat much more salmon, but why are fish oil supplements bad?

With raw vegetables does this apply to all raw vegetables? I'd hate to give up baby spinach

Okay, but what if beef comes from animals who were fed with grains tho? Most of people do not have access to grass fed beef which is quite expensive
