Almost everything mainstream nutrition says is making us fat and sick.
Vegetable and refined seed oils are horrible for us since they destroy
Saturated fat is actually healthy, reduces cortisol and can have anti-estrogenic affects.
Grains are actually bad for us too since they contain plant defense chemicals, pesticides and are fortified with iron
Beef is the king of all food and nutrition.
Taking fish oil is bad, but eating fish is fine
Raw vegetables lack nutrient bioavailability and contain antinutrients.
The one thing the got right is to stop eating ultra processed foods.
But by literally doing the opposite of what they say, you'll have a better shot at getting healthy and losing weight
