Great video. My Carnivore OMAD meal around 5 pm example: 2 thin cut ribeye steaks, 2 pasture raised brown eggs over easy covered with Sharp Cheddar, piece of liver, small can of sardines in tomato sauce. All meat cooked with Kerry Gold Butter or coconut oil and basic seasonings. Very tasty and will fill me up. Don't know the calorie count, how much protein, don't really care. Very simple, basic, healthy and cost effective. I have no hunger till the next evening. I try to eat a nice mix of proteins/meats every day. I'm currently 168 pounds from 230 at 53 years old and nearly perfect blood pressure. 125/72. Humans ate like this for perhaps millions of years. Ease into this natural way of eating because your sugar/carb addiction will be the hardest part to overcome. Dont rush, its baby steps....slowly eliminate the carbs and sugars.

much respect for the helpful vids ... however .. I must say your over simplifying the 'healthy egg' education .. basically unprocessed chemicals or vitimans can make an egg turn more orange ... all the bad eggs sold here (in NZ) are of the more of the darker orange type .. that you have identidfied as healthy (when they are not)

basically its not about the color alone .. that is marginalising too much out of the equation IMO

I have had chickens(hens) myself .. raised on real organic feed and plenty of room to scratch around too .. and their eggs were more number two then number one ... yellow not orange .. however the egg white was consideribly better quality then the eggs displayed here .. there are some good vids on this on YT ... vids from real people raising chickens themselves .. is my sugguestion ...

quality eggs are hard to find .. for sure .. and they are NOT cheap to produce at all .. in my experience .. so expect to pay at least twice that of they best eggs in a supermarket for a REAL egg... quality feed costs .. there is no getting around that unless you only have one or two chickens and lots of space.

A laying hen will produce an egg per day (depending on the varity) .. the point is .. that is amazing ! .. and it requires allot of food/feed. .. most of the feed out there is very poor quality IMO

It seems like I react to eggs, raw milk, processed food. I've been on strict diet for months to heal gut. When I attempted to add back in eggs/raw milk I got intense brain fog almost instantly. Hopefully I will be able to eat eggs eventually because there my comfort food haha. Possible to be able to eat them eventually?

other question why in USA is not easy to found healthy beef??, I leave in Italy and I though in US it were full of nice meat, depend of the estate?

well In Italy this type of meat is more expensive the normal one but not impossible to found
