I kept a low profile on social media between 2015 and 2017. In 2018, when I told the truth, people believed I had a psychiatric condition. 6 years have passed and I still take antipsychotic pills because my family thinks my misunderstood behavior is because of a psychiatric disorder.

Certain people I don’t even respond to when they compliment me or something I have. This is because I can just tell things and I know the next thing after the compliment is a question asking for something 🤦🏾‍♂️. I don’t know how I do it but I be tapped in with something else. I feel like I can just see straight through people and their motives🤷🏾

I think we humans are more than a label. We cant surely label everyone in specific categories like alpha, beta, and sigma. I think most of us are built with inter-mix where we find ourselves in between this type of a person than just being specifically 1 type. I have characteristics that is an Alpha when it comes into competing in the right mood while at the same time i find myself more of a sigma on other things. I do find alot of sigma characteristics though on myself such as trying to be in the background observing and trying to keep my thoughts in private specially my private life or just cutting toxic people out and just disappearing into thin air without others knowing.

Had someone tell me that I am the "ultimate sigma male" the other day and have spent an unhealthy amount of time trying to figure out what the h*ll they were talking about. My conclusion (in brief):
I think the whole "sigma male" thing is as much a load of b*llsh*t as the simplistic alpha/beta male thing. I'm autistic, not some caricature of a movie anti-hero.

That being said, these explanations are quite accurate in terms of explaining much of my most confusing autistic behavior.
