I enjoyed this video so much! Thank you! As I viewed the various steps in the creation, my appetite moved up and down but at the end of the video I have determined that I still love the stuff! The industry of Man. Amazing. I'm from Tennessee and around here it's packaged as imitation crab.

Processed food, good and bad is for the consumer to decide after this expose.
I will prefer homemade fishballs, as i know what goes into it.
When u hv mass produced and distributed food, this is whats' you get
