Ukraine's Foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that the success of negotiations depends on Russia approaching them with good faith without dictating ultimatums. He spoke with France 24's Marc Perelman about the situation in the cities of Mariupol and Odessa, the negotiations that will take place on Monday and what Ukraine expects from Europe.

Kuleba is so exhausted and spent. I cannot imagine what it must've been like to watch your country at war, while trying desperately to negotiate for peace and help. I felt his immense love and pride for his country when he corrected the newscaster on that Odessa is not just a 'port city', it is a big and beautiful city with rich history and architecture. I truly hope Odessa can stay that way!!❤️

In my opinion, It's the responsibility of the fighting Russian Army to help the expatriates and civilians of the Country who are currently stranded in Ukraine return to safe haven. I wish everyone peace.
