BalkanPrinc3ss sent me over to sub! I am scheduling an appt. for a dermatologist because on sun damage and a scary mole I have. My dad had tumors removed from his nose a few years ago and that is scary. Great information and I do follow the instructions. I live in Alaska where the sun doesn't go down but for a couple hours in the summer. So, when I am out I use a spray on but I didn't know about rubbing it in...yikes! Thanks!

I always before thought if I tried spf 4 I would get some color on me cus I'm from the Adriatic Sea most people there are really dark haha but I do burn as well so I've been using spf 50 so I don't burn. But I am using some natural spf by supergoop it has natural ingredients. But I never knew about this so this is really informational just shared and liked
