What Is The BEST Lucid Dreaming Technique?

There are so many lucid dreaming techniques out there. It can be hard to choose which one you want to practice, so in this video, I'm going to compare different lucid dreaming techniques! I will be ranking each one according to difficulty, success rate, and more.

If you don't know how a certain technique works, here are my tutorials:
WBTB: To use this, wake up at around 2-4am. Stay awake for 20 minutes or so, and then go back to sleep with lucid dreaming on your mind.
The reason why there are so many different lucid dreaming techniques is because each one has its own pros and cons, and depending on your lifestyle one might be clearly better than another. There is no technique that fits everyone, because we all have different habits and routines.
In this video, I compare the WILD, FILD, MILD, WBTB, and SSILD lucid dreaming techniques. I've researched online to find what other people say as well, but I also include my own opinion at times because I have used each of these methods myself. I recommend trying each technique at least once. Even if you do all the research, you never know which one will work the best until you attempt it for yourself.
