About the Presenter:

Steven V. Costa is a building information modeling (BIM) Specialist at Microsol Resources in New York City. He has over seven years of experience in offering BIM solutions for architectural, engineering, and construction firms ranging from implementation to training and technical support. Steven specializes in streamlining the collaborative workflow between the Autodesk Building Design and Infrastructure Design suite of products which includes Showcase with a focus on data exchange between Civil 3D and Revit.

Prior to working at Microsol Resources, Steven spent six years working on highway and site engineering design projects at Stantec (formerly Vollmer Associates, LLP). He worked extensively with Stantec and various other consultants on the Columbia University Manhattanville project, where he provided his expertise on integrating the proposed site and infrastructure plans as well as aggregating the entire project into an interactive model using Autodesk Navisworks. His work on this project, alongside several other Microsol Resources BIM specialists, was showcased as a BIM success story at Autodesk’s One Team Conference.
