Watched this some months ago before knowing YTTD. At the time I thought "woo this is so cool!!1!! i dont understand a thing!!!"

this is so beautiful! the way you portrayed all the routes was masterful. the color coding really really helped the bright saturated red of the hallucinations stand out! especially with the black background and the softer colors. the small details on how when halucination joe pops up the camera shakes so much more mwah mwah! amazing! the way you made the characters pure white when dead is amazing! and how when joe had his back facing sara and he was white. only for him to turn around and turn into his light blue color like normal!! ahhh its so cool! And dont even get me started on the song choice. My God. Every Single word was used so well. you made it feel like this song was made for this game. this is my personal favorite part : The Expressions. holy moly I dont have words that can describe how in love with them i am in. keiji, sara, and sou especially when keiji is fighting midori. when sou is on the keyboard for the joe ai. whenever sara is with joe or having her hallucinations consume her. ah! its so gooood!!!! and all the symbolism was beautiful too! ok sorry for the long comment I just really REALLY love this. in conclusion THIS IS SEXY. (p.s. the way u drew kai in the trial was AMAZING MWAH MWAH MWAH)

I know nothing about YTTD, and only checked this out because of how it was. But after watching this, I'm actually tempted to look YTTD up.

Edit: I've looked it up and I'm playing the game! And I'm so glad I did, I love it (until my favorite character dies haha)!

Edit 2: I finished everything in the main storyline so far! I'm really really *really* glad I saw this animatic, otherwise, I probably never would have become interested in YTTD enough to look it up and realize how truly amazing it is. Thank you!

This is just amazing, there's just no words in any language that can describe how well put together this is. Not only is the flow of the animatic itself fluent, but how it perfectly flows with the song too. Not to mention the your art style is so clean. Especially the facial expressions. I especially love how you perfectly timed things, even the small parts. It just fits so we'll. You used every lyric to your advantage and it shows. Also, the way you sort of color coded the characters is really nice. You captured the story and emotion extremely well. Overall everything about this video is just spectacular in every way. Nice job.

1:36 / I love the frame of Nao smiling as she's dying. One side of her face is clear, while one is blurred out. It shows how she's scared of dying, however, she puts on a smile for her friends. She was killed unfairly, but rather then just accept it, she uses it as a temple to convey a sort of hope. It's her way of telling the group to move forward, especially Sara and Reko. I know this isn't in the actual game, it is however a great showing of what you believe, and now what I believe. Good job.
